Now, as everyone knows, I've had problem after little problem here at the trailer. Well, trying to save money, I bought a new shower set up on ebay.

Nice isn't it? Cost me under $40. And it's because of my current one, we need to turn the water off from under the trailer. So this comes under MUST HAVE. Well, I bought it the 23rd. She shipped it, the 26th. First the excuse was "I shipped so many, but everyone else is getting theirs. Plus Georgia is across the country from NY so it may take longer." Ok. First off lady, look at a current map. Then the other day when I emailed again, she said "I'm at work, everyone else has gotten their's I'll check on it when I get home." I finally got snippy yesterday, and got a confirmation number and the site says:

Are you fucking KIDDING ME???? Here it is the fucking 5th and you fucking jackasses STILL have it ENROUTE?? I mean her, she's just stupid, but the post office is really fucking dropping the ball on this one. I paid $15 in postage for what? So it could take so far 11 days to get to me?? IF it gets to me??

I'm going to double check what kind of postage I paid for. Her feedback is hanging by a thread at this point. I'm pretty sure she's left mine already.

I changed my layout over to myspace. I'll be changing it here as well, so if it's acting wonky, that's why. I really want a pretty specific layout but chances are I won't be able to get it. I want it to look like my myspace page (sans all the stupid blinky ads) but I'll get something equally cute I suppose. This is all between scrubbing the house down. I have a busy week and weekend ahead. Oh, and in case I didn't mention? The dryer died, I haven't gotten it replaced, so I gave up waiting for one from the auctions (physical ones) and hung laundry on lines outside. Yes I love air dried clothing but it's time consuming and cold work. Plus, I've had to rethink some stuff here at the trailer, I've got to put in electric space heaters, and financing on my floors fell through, so I've had to rethink that. Which is not a huge deal since I've decided to go with Flor tiles instead. Yeah I'm a little crushed about not having fake wood, but it's in the studio, and it's not like this is wall to wall anyhow. And I can buy it a little at a time.  I've decided to do the living room first. 10 tiles I'm hoping if this weekend's show goes well, that will cost me about $85. I'm getting Fedora at $6.99 a tile, and 10 tiles will cost me $69.90 S&H is $16.00. And later, as I go, when they bring back their Daisy pattern tile (it has a photo of a daisy) I can get the pink version and checkerboard it and break up the black I plan doing the floor in to start with. If I estimated right, I need 84 tiles for the living room. Then I can decide if I want to do laminate in the kitchen , or I may love the tiles so much I may put House Pet in the kitchen. I had decided a while ago to use these in other parts of the house, so this isn't a  huge decision. I'm just using them in bigger areas is all. Oh well.

So far, I've had to hear "But those dogs are MEAN!!" and "any dog that you can put in a teacup is just creepy."

*glares at son*

Now I don't feel bad he found the dildo in the washer again.

I gotta talk to Tarquin about his naming skills. Mouse, Rat and Vermin may not be ok to name kittens.

Me: "Well, it's not like I'm using it, but that sort of thing should be clean you know!! Look at it this way, if t here's a third time, I'll pay for your therapy! I promise!"

_tarquin_: "Yeah, that's nice of you mom, but you know, that's the sort of thing that turns kids into serial killers!!"

Me: *laughs*
